The Heart Center Reveals Itself Slowly.
In meditation
the heart center
reveals itself slowly
as it really is: in peace,
in subtle light and in silence
which calms your whole body.
Then the mind is full of joy.
Then we Live from
the center of the spirit.
I have never been successful at meditation for my mind is busy with a multitude of thoughts namely multitasking chores around shift work. However I believe it would be immensely beneficial for well-being and connection of the soul to spiritual life. A lovely poem Tony, thank you....10+
