You think you've cried enough
And yet life's still tough
You think you've suffered it all
Yet it seems more like you haven't at all

This journey's all humps n' bumps
E'en the music's all lumps n' mumps
When you think you've seen it all
When it seems all set, for you to walk tall

There're messages so hard to deliver
When you know the warning contained therein
Tears'll ne'er flood any river
E'en though pain wells up high within

You may refuse to learn
Heed the harbinger n' mercy, earn
Keep your duties civic
For the impact ‘s in the music.
