The Impact - Poem by Allana may

mid december nights
stars cover the sky,
missing him, i'm missing him tonight
wishing natures perfection could somehow make this right
I look at old photographs
from the days when there was so much purpose
so much beauty
everything was completley real
my heart is numb, my heart can't feel
old memories,
it's hard to wonder why
things have to end as a tear falls from my eye
he wasn't everything i ever wanted
he wasn't even close
but he had this way that made me want him
more then anything else
it's not like i won't be okay, that's a lie
it's the intrigue of him
it's the life behind those piercing blue eyes
it's the impact last december that forever changed my life.
