Lost in her own domain
Where insanity flies on the wings of fly's
Where putrid pain loiters pon the thread of dread
Screaming for release
'PLEASE! ' she howls sobbing
Distraught
Again and again
Ignored whilst pounding the solid white door
Where this mighty little sprite
Rigid in one thought
To just walk
Yes walk to feed her lonesome cat
She cannot forget that
He maybe starving
(she does not see the reality)
But she feels the searing pain
The agony
The blood which slips from
Within her sock
She stops, slumps upon the floor
Slips off that sock
Her toe is gone
Her little toe removed by her own anger
She screams
A gathering of patients join in her trauma
Call for help
Ask for help
Beg for help
Screaming messy minds one end of the corridor
At the other end
Staff sit in the staff room casually sipping tea
For nearly half an hour
Ignore the dreaded plea's
Ignore the risen tempo
Just sit and sip their tea
How effing could they?
This is the cruel reality of life if your unwell you are at so called professionals mercy, they can be so lacking in any compassion which is even more frightening! I sincerely hope your sister finds her own peace within herself and is able to get back to her life again.
People are same everywhere! complaints also the same! Thinking of your sister's condition, I feel sad and worried!
