The Leaving Poem by Bill Galvin

The Leaving

Rating: 5.0

The essence of she who laughed with us
Drifts on dreamy waves upward
To merge with puffy clouds in a blue sky;
To become the One that we all become;
And as memories mingle with a sigh,
Each grieves loss in their own way,
And each says goodbye.
