The Lesson That You Learned Poem by Heather Z. Hanna

The Lesson That You Learned

The lesson that you learned
What price did you pay?
It was not too much?
And what you learned,
Has no value in money,
It's value immeasureable.
Your life and your heart
Was so very changed.
All for the better
Is what you will say.
I will trust that you
Do know yourself best.
For I am the fortunate one,
In what you have learned
For I met the man
That you are today
And love you for
Being that man.
