M-y Lord is the only light
I-n nights of deep darkness,
C-hrist shall guide my way,
H-elping me fix every mess.
A-ll the time He is there,
E-asing my worried mind;
L-etting me keep the faith during the days so unkind.

S-unlight comes shining
A-fter the shadows go away;
R-ain shall never fall
M-ay eleventh fine day.
I-t's truly so comforting
E-ven if the time isn't right;
N-o matter what may come,
T-he Lord is my
O-nly light.
