The Magic I Wish Poem by Margo Reid

All I seek in my life today is a lot of love to come my way
Someone true, loyal, honest, respectful and kind to light-up my day
Someone who really cares and has a lot of love to share
Someone –which everyone sees for us to make a wonderful pair

I want to take the time to live
Because I have so much to give
Lately my life seems full of suffering and pain
I just need someone who doesn’t think I’m insane

Sometimes I feel so lonely and I back my face to the wall
Sometimes I feel I could not cry at all
My self – esteem gets so low, and my confidence just fades away
But I’ll try not to feel like this today

I need a quick magic to take all this sad feelings away
And sunshine to light up my day
I need someone wonderful in my life and truly nice
Not a guy with a heart cold as ice

All I want is someone I can hold and whose heart is mine
Someone who will make the time
Just for me!
The magic I wish
That will set my heart free
