It takes the dedication,
Of several garbage men...
To clean up trash left behind,
By those who spent more time...
Indulging themselves,
In addressing impressions.
While inside the house,
Is an embarrassment left...
That brings tears to the eyes,
Of the cleaners.
Knowing what they observe,
No one should see.
To believe and call it,
'The People's House'.
And it becomes understood,
As to why...
The previous occupants left it,
Filthy that way.
Since people only live,
The true realities of their lives...
From the inside and not outside.
Much like one's mind,
Claiming anything...
To tell it to be believed.
But the ones,
Who don't buy the garbage...
Yet made a promise,
To clean it up.
Had no idea,
It to be...
Such a tremendous challenge.
However...
Being prepared keeps them,
Committed to the massive task.
Under stress!
Duress.
And doses of shock.
Rotting in the most,
Sacred of private places.
'Eeeewehee! !
Don't go in there! '
-We must.
The people chose us,
With a trust...
We can clean this mess up! -
'But...
We must pray!
Again! '
-Better yet.
Let's just remain praying! -
