The Master's Plan Poem by Albert Price

The Master's Plan

Allow me to awaken you with the aura of morning's serenity,
To a new day with all the solutions to your deepest fears.
Let your step be in time with a songbird's refreshing melody,
Allowing the trees and winds to deal with yesterday's tears.

Written is the plan of life but not in your heart of hearts,
Since the heart is tender and not akin to engraved stone.
It is the sacred domain where our most secret desire starts.
Our plan for life descends from the realm of God alone.

Our humanity has more to live for than mere bread,
For the Lord Himself has made an elaborate plan.
He has detailed our life, welfare, and successes ahead,
Given like a dream without the need of lifting a hand.

We must think less of ourselves and more of others,
Which is overcoming the inner self and reaching above.
The perfection of joy is in helping your poor brothers,
Which is sacrificing the flesh for the sake of endless love.

Two things—justice and mercy—are the critical keys.
They allow us to turn the diamond knob and enter salvation.
Therein is found the blessings of God—beauty and ease,
But know your wisest is less than God's weakest notion.

The Master's plan is worth its weight in platinum and gold.
Its immensity is too expansive for the human eyes to see.
This amazing inspiration of God conveys wisdom untold,
As bright and shiny as the sincerity of our hearts can be.
