In the meadow's swale of lushness...

there is a story that these colors are suited to tell in unison...

strokes of foliage make a spontaneous lacework...

green is a living basket to carry noontime sunlight...

interspersion of yellow gives earthly answer to midday brilliance...

the eye occasionally measures its limits...

against the measureless vault of heaven...

we are too busy to sense a color by falling into its depths...

so the visitation of blueness can only be periodic...

where the bounty of growth extends to make a landscape...

patches of red peek through at a middle distance...

separation from passion is overcome by setting legs in motion.
