The color red is for the blood that everyone must shed
For if the blood was kept inside then no one would be dead
Without death Earth would be over populated
The process of mourning is humorously outdated
For those who chose to mourn over their loved one past
Will surely be the next to go their feelings will not last

Orange is a mere reminder of the lonliness we fear
The only color in our brains when nothing's there to hear
No voices of loved ones or ones you do not know
Nothing there to see and nothing there to show
Lonliness that captivates every curious mind
The weak ones will fail the most the weak of every kind

Yellow, oh sweet yellow a reminder of the sun
The only color you will see once the day's begun
A reminder that nothing last not always a good sign
No matter what the night may bring the sun again will shine
A reminder of mortality of every living thing
Because no one will ever know what the sun will bring

Green, dreadful green a symbol of disease
A symbol of the nausea that comes with raging seas
A window to the world of sickness just within our reach
Stays hidden in the dark until the wall between we breech
A world of pain and isolation lies beyond that wall
Into a pitt of plauge and hate the world soon will fall

Blue, the saddest one of all, is full of deep depression

Depression is a choking noose tugging at human throats
It usually ends in guns and knives and desparate suicide notes
Begging pleading end it all my life is not worth while
Its been so long since I have known how it feels to smile

Purple, the final color, stands for relaxation
Like the three words rest in peace that's spread across the nation
There's no greater peace than that when which we die
Most people do not see this when someone dies they cry
Dying is a part of life although sad it's true
