The Mid Night Rain
The sound of rain makes me awake
When it falls hard on the roofs and trees
The drops with wind blow into my room
I feel cold and shiver and begin to sneeze
This mid night rain comes very often
And does not let me sleep with its sound
It brings respite from the scorching heat
But shouts a lot as it flows on the ground
