The Monk And The Desciple Poem by Dr. Antony Theodore

The Monk And The Desciple

Rating: 5.0

A disciple approached the monk
"I do not want to continue.

Observing the breath is
boring and dull for my brain.

Themonk grabbed him by the hair,
shoved his head in water for minutes.

When he released the disciple, he asked;
"How bored are you now
in observing the breath? "
