The Moon Queen sails,
Throughout the night.
With stars that shine,
And give her light.
As the clouds,
Gently float by.
She steers her craft,
Across the sky.
Far down below,
All children sleep.
With dreams to dream,
And forever keep.
If one child,
Dreams of her.
Then some magic,
So shall occur.
The next morning,
Awaits a surprise,
A small moonbeam,
Her gifted prize.
A beautiful poem that captures one of the most enchanting wonders of Mother Nature. The superb imagery put by the brilliant Poet made the Moon even more spectacular and enchanting. A poem that holds us spellbound
