The muse

That's it
No more poems about war, oppression, religion or love and hate
No more carrying other peoples crosses
I will only carry my own
No more talk about martial arts or the liberation struggle cause i m not liberated.
No more complaining about misgovernance or corruption or coup d'etats. None of that stuff

I have made enough friends and lotsa enemies speaking truth to power. So now all my poems will be about flowers, the sun, the wind, the earth. Not about life and death. No! I shall not name names in my poems even mine so i dont upset any one. Even pretty nubile girls i shant be telling them how pretty they look. I shant be tempting married women with my sweet tongue. No more banter with friends and foes alike. No more tit for tat poetry. No more strong points of view. Whatever your point of view i will agree or keep mum.

Unless Trump calls Zim a sh ithole country. Unless you call me a n igger. Unless unless unless.......

If you believe this have your head gasket re checked. Forward with muse!
