The Myth Of Time Poem by D.N. Rebb

The Myth Of Time

Rating: 5.0

Why invent this routine measurement?
A calibration of dimension
A meter of logical order
Affirming matter comes back again

Just conceive of its inexistence
A thought unreasonable you say
Where there is no unknown tomorrow
There too stands no history today

Lateness is a hallucination
All the numerous birds get the worm
We wake and sleep with the distant sun
As diurnal ocean tides confirm
