The Passer-By Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

The Passer-By

Seeing the cheerful passer-by,
I also try
To walk joyously like him
In my sweetest dream;
But in vain,
I can only feign,
As I notice a dark and gloomy spot in my soul,
Which ruthlessly prevents me from achieving my pleasant goal.
