The Pen Poem by Garba Ado Ibrahim

The Pen

Rating: 5.0

More powerful than Alexender Borgia in western world. Mighty and sharpness more than the sword. Wonder and mistery the power and pain; you advise some to lose and others to gain, and you favour your men. For billion years you have been favouring the world no one to complain. The record and history the deed of centuries all in your mouth. You dance on the floor with esteem and pride. Oh! The pen your power is said, could have made the sea to be so dried. You free and enslave and give some grade, indeed, you hold all thread. The pen i am the pen with power and pain, mistery the anger and gain. I kill and i save i raise the downgrade. I raise all the poets through my mouth, and, have not they paid. For long i have been serving with little recognition, no much words for my appreciation. The poet you listen to my prayer; may God raise you higher than the sun in the sky.The poet i thank you alot in my voice so high, and my regard to your fellows, you say i am happy. 'Goodbye the poet of centuries'. Said by the pen.
