The Piece

If I couldn't wake up next to you
I wouldn't be able to breathe
If I couldn't live this life with you
Well then I would just leave

If I lost you I would lose me
If I didn't have you by my side
I wouldn't be able to see
How to ride this tide

You are the piece that holds me together
If I lost this piece of myself
I would drown in this weather
And risk my own health

I love you with my entire soul
Through thick and thin
You make me whole
I can finally be me again
