The Poet And The Magistrate Poem by Paul Amrod

The Poet And The Magistrate

A lyrical phrase narrating an anecdote amuses a court of royalty
secondarily incidental to the process of recreation and accessibility.
Inquiring whether the state of affairs could commission a recitation
a response was absent while the poet refrained his question of loyalty.
Wincing while grating his weary head his proverbs began to remove
the problematic instigating his conviction to proceed passionately
desiring appreciation and acknowledgement as his exclusive reception.
Exercising his prowess empowering the creative with an initiation
of idealistic reverie he exhibits his literacy with eloquence and positivity.
Suddenly the atmosphere becomes conventional, arid and empty
predisposing the impulsive blundering of rules and regulations.
The poet then escapes the wrath of criteria and disappears inexplicably
meandering further where the street urchins with smiling faces behoove
him to remain harmonious amongst his supportive energy with an entry
into the forests of bewitching fairies who subtlety express their implications.
Inspiring his feathered quill to whistle a melodious idiom he wishes a recluse
to sustain his freedom of introspection liberating him ultimately
to express himself placidly animating his portrayals with nonconformity.
Receiving the gift of oversight the rhapsodist intrepidly enunciated to improve
the level of humanism by instructing empathy and elevating sensitivity.
Reflecting upon his attempt to recite a sympathetic verse in its entirety
the succeeding lack of dignity left him silencing his generous verbosity.
Being equivalent to medieval preposterousness the ludicrous administration
was metaphysically disqualified for its lethargy and its absolute absurdity.
Quality of rhetoric with graceful innuendos fascinates the beholder who disapproves
the sneers and laughter of the hyenas of this court hiring the buffoons of society
whom they seem to adore with admiration nevertheless tinged with insincerity.
Finding amongst the earthly angels a handful of dedicated and exited devotees
the modest genius is given sustenance and spiritual guidance for his station.
The magistrate reiterates his testaments and statements reading an outdated caption
not reflective of the coming era, terribly antiquated and a horrendous catastrophe.
Contrastingly obvious are the maxims of the poet which interpret our galaxy
reminding us of our delicate nature and our need for a viable community.
Providing us with awareness of our lifelong journey through avoiding the fallacy
of self-importance engaging other beings to prosper and balance for adaption.
With an unnecessary form of bureaucracy we are in a constant predicament of irritation
unravelling injustices juristically in place to serve the magistrate in his actions.
We beseech the lifting of these chains bounding we hapless creatures from salvation
and beg and pray for these heavenly stanzas to exonerate all of us from misery.
