The poetry lays a good foundation
For the human relation
For understanding each other
And taking care
 
It flows directly from the heart
And remains our inseparable part
It is humanitarian art
That takes us to divinity on the sacred cart
 
Poetry has been my obsession
And till date has remained a passion
It is my perception
And I carry it since inception
 
Poetry has feeling
Human sufferings have no end
We need to send
Some words of solace
 
Poetry is not everybody's domain
It must remain holy and remain
In touch with their aspirations
And strengthen the personal relation
 
What poetry is to the poet?
It flows quietly in the vein
And maintains the spirit of humanity
As if gifted by an almighty
