The Punjabi Queen Poem by Leslie Alexis

The Punjabi Queen

Out of the Punjabi land
Came the Punjabi queen.
She's A rarity- one rarely seen.
A mind, a heart, a woman,
five feet seven;
she belongs in heaven.
She is glorious.
A smile, a word, a touch,
from her is but a dream;
The lady- she is supreme.
Her skin is like curry:
she is full of flavor.
Her hair flows like a river.
The Punjabi queen, the Punjabi queen,
Is royalty seen.
She smiles into your life,
Her frown would cuts like a knife.
She master emotions-love above all.
She is so very special,
She’s the Punjabi queen.
