The Screams Poem by Lacey UnKnown

The Screams

I step outside and feel the rain
It seems it's washing away my pain
I lie in the grass and stare at the sky
The pain floods back, I want to fly
To fly far away, what a magical dream
Away from this place, away from the screams
The screams I hear inside my head
I'm so stressed out, they won't stop til I'm dead
But the rain keeps pouring out of the sky
So until the screams stop, I'll dream I can fly
