The Scriptures

The Scriptures cannot be broken
His Word is yea and amen
From the first book of Genesis
To the last of Revelation
Christ only Christ
He is It's all and all
Truth packaged in eternity
His Word shall never fail

He spoke... The world became
He breathed and we had life
He formed us from the dust of earth
He's the hope for all our strife
He's the God of the impossible
Faith is our victory
When you endeavor to draw nigh to God
He'll draw nigh to thee

Praise God for His Word
That He came in the flesh
To show Himself as a sinless man
And to die for us no less
O I love His Word
It is God's Heavensent token
I rest upon It's promises
For the Scriptures cannot be broken
