The Sea Of Life Poem by Benjamin Chiu Uy

The Sea Of Life

The Sea Of Life

I've thrown the castingnets on the sea of life,

I've thrown my floating bodyinto the strong currents for life,

The water's risings on the big edge of the world,
The forecast for amiable weathers,

The hankers of this small soul,
clingingon flotsam,

the honing periscope of seagulls,
the searchingfor lives in this fine prints,
scattered on the island,

The morning's intense search lights,
The evening's sweet song for
a resourceful sleep,

The sailor comes home from this big orchestra, bigarchitecture,
big learning from experience from life,
