is a very ordinary
experience and
it happens to
ordinary people.
It is closer than you
could imagine
because it is here,
living here simply.
When the sense of
a self inside the body
is gone and no separation
is experienced,
it is experienced
as extraordinarily ordinary
and something you
have always been.
