She was as white as a sheet
He was black as the night,
Her nails were colored like wheat
His nails were colored white.
Her eyes was as green as green could be
They also always shimmered,
His eyes were as brown for him to see
His eyes they also glimmered.
Her hair was blonde like precious gold
His hair was as black as tourmaline,
They were both beautiful to behold
Their beauty were delightful and clean.
Her teeth were as white as rice
His teeth were as white if not whiter as well,
Her scent was as fragrant as spice
Sweat and perspiration was his smell.
She was white as the fallen snow
He was as black as the earth's coal,
But, one thing you must all know
God gave us all the same colored soul.
