The Stars Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

The Stars

Rating: 5.0

The stars shine brightly in the sky
And they are not at all shy,
They are glorious in their position,
No one shows any resentment or frustration;
They reside far from us
And we can not bring them in our grasp.

The stars of the world are brighter,
They glorify her with greater fervour,
But the stings of the men are cruel,
They want to destroy the stars' sweet smell.
