We experience only the world
that we filter through our minds.
Whatever I imagine is a product
of my life experience so far.
The material world is
a product of my awareness.

what this reminds me of, tony, is what i was taught in a class for television filming, namely, the news is not reality but what we see through the lens of a camera (while a whole sphere of action is going on around it simultaneously) . -glen
