The Tongue Is Deadly Poem by Dorsey Baker

The Tongue Is Deadly

Started a war
between the best
of friends
Ended
a marriage of
Many
long years
Robbed
a million dollar
business of its millions!
took a small
Baby
child out of the arms
of its mother
caused a father and son
to never speak
to one another
ever again
causes nations to
Rebel
and fight against
one another
causes dislike
and distrust
death
and destruction
so ugly
so unruly
the demon!
it can become

When a marriage is ended in separation, this provokes thought. But when a marriage is beautiful with love this gives joy. Demon brings ugly destruction but good human beings do not do so. An Amazing poem is wisely penned.
