The Tree
The story of an amazing tree,
Like this you probably never heard before,
This is the tree of my ambitious soul,
I have been nourishing this since it was a very little seed,
Gradually it has developed taking all the nutrients from my inner self.
Crossing some important stages,
Now it's a full grown tree,
But it's futile even with its strong and powerful stature,
It does not know me, my fruitful language at all,
As if I am completely alien to it,
I hug my tree with all my emotions,
But it's barren and indifferent,
It stares at me and only stares with its meaningless eyes,
Is this its treachery?
I can't believe.
I see it in deep pain and frustration,
But I can't uproot the tree in spite of my greatest effort,
As it is already deeply entwined with my soul,
It's the worst situation for me,
I can neither accept it nor reject it,
I just see the infertile tree with my vacant eyes,
My tragic fate laughs at me.

p.s. " fruitful language" ? poetry? philosophy? wisdom? i don't care for symbolism when i don't understand its meaning. : ( bri ;)
ln 8 futile " Of no effect; answering no valuable purpose" The tree is " futile" ? or are attempts of your " soul" futile? Could 'tree' be " family tree" , as in " The ancestors and descendants of a family considered as a group" ? ? i like the structure and flow and wording of the poem, but i don't understand meaning of " tree" . bri :)

sad bad timing and trees next time try hardly kindly a fresher tree with some one more friendly genes fail at times know ye AR the world has variety of different kkinds other wise shear it off from there
