The Truth Shines Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

The Truth Shines

The truth shines

Whether speak or hide
The conscious may decide
It may refuse to oblige
And prefer remorseful cage

Not even birds like
So it openly strikes
In tiny insects even
The death is always driven

The truth we deny
But it is seen by many
Sages spoke and kings agreed
Thus so many lives were freed

The message was spread
The truth was dearer than bread
Our living on earth was important
But truth should come instant

You can cover light source
And bring in darkness
But sun can't be stopped
The light rays and brightness may be felt all over world

The knowledge is power
So it accepted by wiser people
The world follows with great examples
It remains surrounded by shining tales
