The Ultimate Truth Poem by Tenzin Tibet Kunsang

The Ultimate Truth

It's not the traffic
It's not the noise
It's not the competition
It's your ill-defined mind
That seeks
And that seeks
Visit your neighbour
Care for a cup of coffee
Visit people in dismal
Care for a plate of generosity
Visit your own mind
Compete with your inner self
And do the book some justice
Else you're more or less a copy
What is true happiness?
I don't know
If there is a fake version
But to some extent it's the counting (greed)
Voids and Ruled out life
You have everything
And you have nothing
