The Veil Of Time I Ponder Through Poem by james watkin

The Veil Of Time I Ponder Through

The veil of Time I ponder through.
There is ample held onto
Of a bygone habiliment
In my figurative descent!

This is an antique citizenry
Restored as twere; cobweb-free!
Out the museum, bowed off in
As courteous-paced pulled thing.

Lords and Ladies of Etiquette
Named for titles, in roles yet
Quaintly comic, hat-blown, correct
Do's and Dont's show of respect.
