Each day we search for things
that within them happiness we hope to find.
Relentlessly we search from dawn to dusk,
exploring each avenue that is presented to us,
always hoping to find the vessel of salvation
that will give us peace of mind.
Our existence is no more than a spec in time,
and by our searching
contentment is what we are looking for,
to find the door that leads to it
and give us inner peace evermore.
