I feel the wind of time
Passes by me close and tight
Sometimes cold sometimes hot
But it doesn't give me any respite

It spreads thorns on my
Path and bleeds me so hard
It throws my heart into poison
Of pain and I remain so scared

It brings aroma of love
Into my life and I feel good
I thank God for his blessings
Feeling peace I happily brood

Someday the wind of
Time will sweep me away
To dump me in the shade of
A tree where forever I will lay
