The Witches From Central Baptist Poem by Randy McClave

The Witches From Central Baptist

Two witches are on Herman street
Preparing their Halloween treats
Waiting patiently for trick or treat
With their prepared candy sweets.
You can hear their laughs and their cackles
As they stuff the candy bags
As at the moon they stare like Jackals
But, these witches are no hags.
When their candy bags are filled and ready
They will then fly off to Central Baptist Church
Where there might be a Jason, Casper or a Freddie
Where the ghouls for the candy will search.
When both the Witches have flew
To hide their candy in a ghoulish auto's trunk
Remember this candy ride is a drive-through
So, be careful or end up being a punk.
Also be weary of the two other witches
Who lives not that far away
Where they hide their victims in ditches
And where every male becomes their prey.
Be careful when you head for that house
If you are on Central avenue be then very aloof
Where women live without one spouse
Be weary of the two witches tossing candy from the roof.
