The world of
I was there, too early
Waiting for Bradley.
Expected a man but
Was informed is lady.
No place for parking,
I found her, finally.
One of best to exist,
Started mentorship.
I enjoyed and heard her:
"In men's world I stepped! "
Every word that she said
Was like air to inhale.
Talked of past, explained:
"In their eye saw needles
Cut through, they stared! "
She stayed, kept working,
Consistent, insisting:
"This is not beyond me."
She rejected to lose
Sent the system to noose.
Bradley is now, chief
For teaching, training.
She has taught the sexists
Not to mention gender
When a work needs brain.
Am glad that she was
My trainer, mentor.
She deserves my respect
As friend, like sister.
