Everywhere I touch my body
all I feel is the pain of my misery.
I was born homeless,
naked and without bread.
Nevertheless,
worse than these things were the abuse, the indifference and the injustice
I found among unmerciful men.
Yes, they have been worse than the sum of all these hardships.
This caused a discomfort in my soul
so excruciating that the earthly language
is unable to explain it,
as if a helplessness hold my being.
A beautiful word does much good,
like the respect and appreciation to the ears of the baby to be born.
Terrible difficulties will find in this life the creature that perceived contempt from the womb.
Worse than the acid of a Lightning
or a poisoned spear through
the heart is the denigration of our dignity
