The worth of friendship

No way to undermine
and define
The worth of the friendship
it is a sweet memory to hold and keep

friends come and go
some leaves on the way and blow
their own tunes to pull apart
but I hold them together as an art

it is not unusual
to take it as casual
friends matter most
we should maintain it at any cost

it is our tradition
to keep the relation
as holy as river Ganga
and flow with it spirit

hold it till last breath
and keep faith
that this is the only bond
that stands good

if feel an itch
and try to fetch
some relief to the friend
take it as the sign of lovely trend
