Theft Lying Deceit Once Had Severe Consequences Poem by Terence George Craddock

Theft Lying Deceit Once Had Severe Consequences

Rating: 5.0

theft lying deceit are all part of an ancient pastime
in a less tolerant age theft could get you crucified
nailed to a cross a cruel warning permanent solution

in an age of Muhammad thief caught was right hand cut off
harsh last warning no left hand cut off how would you work
repetition repeat thief caught was death no mercy solution

in contemporary western world theft is a common disease
social worker said there is no moral right wrong just choice
