Their Sanctuary Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Their Sanctuary

Rating: 0.5

Their sanctuary

Not only you stand tall and erect
But give message or call of acts
It gives credence to their existence
For giving respite from heat with positive stance

Tree has its roots
That shoots
Its image
To be seen on golden page

See the innocence
Even if threatened with existence
It refuses to shed no cover
But graciously offer

Afternoon refuge under tree
Can you believe it is totally free?
With no reward or consideration asked for
It is simple personal honor

Trees have rich tradition
To stand with human relation
Animals and birds have their sanctuary under shed
Life is protected in hot sun and coolly led
