Their Worry Lines Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Their Worry Lines

Rating: 5.0

I cried over interview
It was simply pathetic view
Expressed by old aged couple
They were thrown out caused trouble

How could son or his wife do?
Such a terrible thing to prove true
That in this world there is nothing like blood relation
The bond and attachment has raised lot many questions

The parents feel so much happy
When son attains height already
They dream about his married status
Another family with happiness

They were unaware of maltreatment plan
They can not forget now ill words or comments
The son has turned now their enemy
They are pushed out from home to misery

The old age home brings little respite
They have only to drop tears and spend night
“Why were they so much happy when he was born”?
Now their dreams are shattered and torn

I wished them good life
How will they be feeling with as husband and wife?
With no source of income and helplessness
From picture also I could notice their worry lines
