There Always Comes

There always comes a time and place
When the Holy Spirit imparts
The awareness of " there is a God"!
In every human heart
For we are all accountable
As to how we treat His Word
For by it we shall all be judged
Of that you can be assured

God holds Himself responsible
For the determination of His will
He love too great to ever hold back
The offer of Salvation still
So Jesus Christ was lifted up
To draw all men to Him
The crucifixion of the Lamb of God
Gave power for the penalty of sin

For by the blood of our precious Lord
Came cleansing to my soul
And forgiveness graced my heart afresh
And washed it white as snow
I received mercy at the foot of the cross
There's power in the blood of the Lamb
By God's Spirit I received the Son
When I came just as I am
