There Is A Chill In The Spring Air Poem by Luo Zhihai

There Is A Chill In The Spring Air

春寒料峭

先借梅魂溶月色
后随柳絮绘春光
梅亭雪霁秀诗骨
柳岸晖斜飘墨香

There Is A Chill In The Spring Air

First borrow the plum souls
to dissolve into the moonlight
Late follow the willow catkins
to describe the spring scenery

In the plum pavilion
snow stops
showing the poetic bones
On the willow shore
sunlight oblique
floating ink fragrances
