There's A Highway Of Hope

There's a highway of hope I'm travelling on
It's a narrow path some days
I have a Friend who is guiding me
And He leads me along the way
Though storm clouds gather
and the thunder rolls
I'm not deterred in my plight
Darkness has no hold on me
For I'm walking with the Light

Thank You Lord for Your steadfast hand
I know You are always near
With an everlasting love as such
What have I on earth to fear
Your blessings are from everlasting
And everlasting they shall be
The love of God in Jesus Christ
Has found an everlasting home in me

Are you a weary traveller
Lost hope along the way
There is a Friend called Jesus Christ
Who'd love to be your Stay
His arms are ever ready
To embrace you with His love
Ask Him for companionship
And your hope will come alive!
