Thief! Thief!
Catch him, the thief!
Arrest him
Severely punish him
Throw hot water
Take him to the hearthside
Put his body on hot charcoal!
The thief was chased after
And finally caught
He's trembling with fear
Shivering like a palm leaf
What is the crime?
Trespassing on the wedding venue
The gorgeous dining hall
He's gone away with
A fistful of fried rice
From a gentleman's plate
Watching the dismal show
A slum dweller turned millionaire
Is recollecting his past days
And keeps on smiling…!
