Some have abilities to lead.
Others seem to be perfectly okay,
Following.
Without offering suggestions.
And with mouths closed!

Only to sit as they do,
As far away from the frontlines as possible.

With overheard comments made,
To attract others like themselves...
That those proceeding to make pioneering strides,
Think they know so much...
About which direction they all should go!

And upon arrival,
They are among the first...
Thirsting to receive credit for their efforts,
That assisted a journey,
They mostly slept or observed with pessimism!
