Blue skies of summer,
I look to and see,
The bright morning sun,
It's rays shine on me,
And right at this moment,
A Robin flies by,
I think of you,
With a tear in my eye.
You so loved your life,
Those wonderful days,
When we walked and we talked,
How I miss them today.
I hope you look down,
From those blue skies somewhere,
Heaven has gained you,
A kindness so rare.
